Opening
lead: K
After three rounds of clubs and a spade shift, you win
trick
four in
your hand and cash three trumps, ending
in dummy. Then lead
the jack
of diamonds. West, a
passed hand, is unlikely to hold the
queen. East
will
cover the jack with the queen and you win the ace and
lead
the 7 to the king. Now you are in position to
take
a ruffing finesse of
East's 9 of diamonds, setting up
a diamond
trick in dummy for your
tenth trick.
