Your only legitimate hope is king-queen doubleton in
one of the opponents' hands. So you can duck one
round and then play the ace, or play ace and another,
preserving your jack in case there is king-queen doubleton.

You can give yourself an extra chance by leading low
from dummy on the first round. If East has the king-third,
he might play the king, and now the queen falls on the
next round.
