It's
50-50 as to whether the queen is on your
right or left. But the correct play is to cash the
ace and king, and then run dummy's jack if it's
not covered.
This
gives you the extra chance of singleton or
doubleton queen with East. In addition, there is
no reason to think East would cover with the queen,
unless East is new to the game
