Rebid 1NT, not 2.

The idea that you can't rebid 1NT with a singleton in responder's
suit is a misconception. By rebidding 1NT you limit the strength
of your hand and enable partner to bid naturally. If you rebid
2, for example, partner on this layout cannot show his heart
suit (because 2 becomes fourth-suit forcing). After a 1NT
rebid, however, partner can rebid 2, natural and not forcing.
