When I was East, I won the ace of spades and led
back the queen of hearts, informing partner that
my entry was in diamonds. He ruffed and led a
low diamond to my king and I gave him another
ruff to set the contract. It wasn't that difficult.
Imagine if I didn't hold the jack of hearts -- I'd
have to make the same play.

My tip: The simplest defense to 4 or 4 is to
give partner two ruffs. Don't fall asleep at the wheel.
