Follow with the 10 of diamonds. Declarer may decide to play for the overtrick by returning to dummy in spades and finessing again in diamonds. You will then cash four spade tricks to set the contract.

If you win the first diamond, declarer has nine tricks. If you play the 2, declarer has no good reason to risk his contract for an overtrick. He will probably lead a low diamond from his hand, making a safety play, in case East has the K-10-x-x.
