You should raise to 4. There's no guarantee,
but if you
assume
partner has about six tricks,
add four from your hand and
you have
10. After
a minor-suit lead, partner should win, cash two
top spades
and then attack hearts. If spades
are 3-2, he will make the
contract.
Second
choice, though a bit conservative, would
be to pass 3.
The
one bid you should not make
is 3NT, because there may be
no entry to
partner's hand.
