Personally I would pass that four-queen hand, but if opened, I would then pass one notrump. Some would blame responder for raising to three diamonds, but what if opener held.

This is why it is often wrong to correct partscores. When you continue to bid over nonforcing responses, you create the impression that there is life left to the auction.
